I'm trying to wrap up the 2010-2011 TV season's Han Solo sightings, so here is one of the last ones I noticed.
Lily from How I Met Your Mother dons the Han Solo vest for one of the last few episodes of the season.

While this was from 2009-2010, I'm adding this here because this season Glee fully embraced Will Schuester's vests with Santana telling him he need to be in a 12 step program for his vest addiction. Also because it's Will Schuester with Barney from HIMYM.
